The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms have some issues, such as hot water and smells from the shower drain, though the staff is quick to resolve them. the service is impeccable, with staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is made to order, fresh fruit is served to your room every afternoon, and the staff is all, around competent.
One downside of this hotel is its lack of lift, which may be an inconvenience especially if you're carrying a big suitcase. overall this hotel is a good option for travelers looking for a unique, quiet and well, located place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming oasis located in a quiet area. The traditional Thai houses and temples surrounding the hotel created a truly authentic atmosphere. The hosts, Fran & Dong, were exceptional and treated me like family. After a tiring day, I was greeted with warm smiles, cold tea, and fresh fruit. The walkability to all the sites was fantastic, and I felt safe exploring the area. The cleanliness and minimalistic design of the hotel were impressive. The value for money was excellent, with the comfort comparable to a luxury hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always addressing any issues promptly. The breakfast, although a bit monotonous, was freshly cooked and satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Chiang Mai.
